Story behind my kit...my now 11 year old daughter has type 1 diabetes. She was diagnosed at 18 months (imagine giving your baby shots when you are supposed to be the one protecting her!) Anyway, here we are almost 10 years later. She is and will always be insulin dependant. So, for her I created this diabetes awareness kit.
